YOGA
A new session of Beginners Yoga will begin September 23rd on Thursdays at noon. We are not a yoga studio but we do believe that the gentle stretching and posture building benefits of yoga will help our clients sustain the benefits of their massages. We also believe that yoga can be intimidating for first timers so we are trying to demystify the process. Our 60-minute class is for 4 weeks. They are small classes of six students so you will get individualized attention for the areas that trouble you. You must be able to get on a mat on the floor for class but you will be able to use a chair for balance on the standing poses. We will ask you to bring a yoga mat or purchase one from us for $10 in cash or check. All other props will be provided. Once you register you will get an email with more information about what to wear and other tid bits. Cost is $80.
